Instructional Design

“Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.”

–Steve Jobs

I design learning experiences for adults and for Pre-K–12 audiences across U.S. and international contexts. My work spans schools, educational organizations, and companies seeking clear, engaging, and actionable learning for the people they serve.

My instructional design centers on adult learning theory, culturally responsive practice, and practical implementation. I develop professional learning, curriculum-aligned instruction, and scalable learning experiences that support skill development, reflection, and sustained change.

I partner with organizations to design learning that is intentional, adaptable, and grounded in real-world application, whether for educators, leaders, or cross-functional teams.
